My Story

From Corporate Success to Transformational Impact

I’ve had the unique opportunity to see business from both sides of the fence—as a leader driving growth from within and as a consultant helping companies transform from the outside. My journey has taken me through a wide range of customer-facing roles, as well as leadership positions in both startups and corporate environments.

I was part of a leadership team that helped a startup grow from $0 to $100M in just five years, and I contributed to a turnaround effort that took a company from $26M to $52M in 4.5 years.

These experiences reinforced my belief that with the right strategies, leadership, and customer focus, any business can achieve extraordinary growth.

But my true calling is helping companies grow, develop, and become the best in their industry. That’s why I left my corporate career—to start consulting and have a bigger impact.
